24-Hour Care or On-Call Care

Zentor Hospice Inc. team members are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Phone consultations can be arranged at any time of the day.

Hospice nurses and physicians provide direct care for patients. Whether administering medications, providing ongoing wound care, or carefully documenting a patient's vital signs. 

Nurses play a first-hand role in ensuring their patients are as pain-free and symptom-free as possible.

Zentor Hospice Inc. team members will arrange the delivery of medication, medical supplies, and Durable Medical Equipment (DME) to meet a patient's comfort needs based on their diagnosis.

As a patient's illness progresses, they may lose his/her ability to accomplish basic daily tasks, such as dressing or feeding. Our therapists can work with patients to find new ways to accomplish their lost functions.

Care for the family does not end with the passing of their loved ones. Zentor Hospice Inc. team members work with surviving family members to help them cope with the grieving process. Bereavement support may include grief counseling, spiritual counselors and/or clergy-upon request.

Zentor Hospice Inc. provides assistance with funeral coordination and arrangements upon request.
